- Being able to delegate is very important not only to have spare time, but that means you have a strong team at your side and you trust them to make the job you cannot only do by yourself, a bad leader is unable to delegate as he thinks there is not one more capable to do what he is able to do.
- Entrepreneurs and leader are well known for having plenty of ideas, but thinking of new ideas and wanting to make them all work at the same time is something completely different. A leader must be able to have clear ideas and communicate them with them, if they see you changing your mind every five minutes; it will be very possible they will stop taking you seriously.
- A good leader must have an open idea and be a good listener, you should be able to listen to your teamwork when they have an idea to express and take it as seriously as you wish they would take yours.
“It is not easy to be a good leader, you must become trustworthy and an inspiration for the persons who surround you, so you should be willing to learn, read and work on habits that will make you be better”, added Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal.
